Volunteer Opportunites

The Innisfail Festival of Trees has many opportunities for volunteers to help bring this event to life.  Please let us know how you’d like to help.

Volunteer Team for table at the LLC

Volunteers will work at the library common space and shifts are available during the following hours:

  • Monday 10:00 PM – 5:30 PM
  • Tuesday – Thursday 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Friday 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday, Nov. 25 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Saturday, Dec. 2 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM 
    Shifts are 2.5 hours long, and you are welcome to sign up for multiple shifts.  We have added 15 minutes before and after shifts to make sure everything gets set up correctly and passed to the next shift.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answer questions
  • Sell raffle tickets & 50/50 tickets
  • Hand out and collect voting cards
  • Be responsible for silent auction clipboards
